Welcome to the F9 Ramp Shift Trade webpage.

Last bid Fronteir ramp agent Debbie Caine helped people find the shifts they needed or didn't need. By recording what people were willing to work or needed to get rid of employees could create the schedule that best suited their needs.

Beginning January 2nd, 2006 Debbie Caine and Garrett Boettcher, will coordinate permanent shift trades between employees who have gotten a bid that does not agree with there schedule outside of Fronteir. Employees will be able to give away, trade, or pick up permanent shift trades.

We are currently thinking of the best form of communication for coordinating these shift trades by either website, email, phone, or etc. Obviously we are trying to use technology to create the most effective and efficient way of doing this since we are not allotted much time for shift trades. Any recommendations you may have would be greatly appreciated. email your comments or questions to Garrett.

Shift Trades on what employees would desire or would like to have off will be posted on this website, or submitted to  the above ramp agents between the 2nd and the 14th of January.

If this becomes a success, a recommendation to further the possibility of Frontier to have their daily and permanent shift trades posted online will be pushed. Employees should be able to view, trade, or giveaway shifts using Frontiers web space. Until that time this is a start and the end result will hopefully be a solution.
